I’ve been a regular at this Zumiez for years, and I have to say, the store has really leveled up since Ray took over as store manager. You can tell Ray genuinely cares about the store and the customers. The staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable, the store is always well-stocked with the latest gear, and the vibe is more welcoming than ever. Ray’s leadership is clearly making a difference—he’s approachable, attentive, and always willing to help you find what you need or suggest something you might like. If you haven’t been to this Zumiez recently, I highly recommend stopping by. It’s a whole new experience, thanks to Ray and the amazing team he’s built!
