The staff are attentive, kind, and friendly. This was a key attribute to the rating. The breakfast provided a scrumptious variety of food options and the dosas with the chutneys amazing! The rooms and hallways could use a refreshing, nothing major, but replacing a carpets and the refreshing the bathrooms need to be priority. We had a wifi issue which was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Chandran.

This was a good hotel with great food. During my stay there were notices that renovation work was being carried out throughout the hotel and there was scaffolding outside. My room was dated but clean and of a good size- there was some noise from the busy road outside. It had a comfortable bed with white cotton sheets and a good shower with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was effective. There was a pleasant rooftop terrace with bar service and a small swimming pool. The Bazar restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast and great food offered a la cart in the evening. The staff were attentive and helpful. The position of this hotel was not good. It was on a very busy road.To get anywhere visitors would need to take motorised transport and most places of interest in Chennai are at least thirty minutes away and because of this I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

From the first day we were received very hospitably. The front desk staff especially Mr Pandya and Mythree were super. Julie from housekeeping was also terrific. These guys went out of their way to ensure our comfort . We really enjoyed our stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very hygienic, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

Me and my colleague had stayed in two separate rooms. Although we had booked via booking at the time of check in we had asked them to make two separate bills and including GST number. But while checking out As per their "accounts" person GST number cannot be included and bill cannnot be made separately. Untrained staffed
