I have been searching for a long-term rental in FL and have experienced 3 "fraudulent" listings. Fortunately, I did not lose money, but have a feeling that many others did by investing in security deposits and first month's rents. I reported one to Manuel at Zillow and he said that they ask owners (or the scammers who post the listing) a couple of questions to verify they are the owners. Well, real estate records and online information makes it quite easy to fool a company into authorizing their post. BE AWARE!!! I am working with a police department in FL to hopefully catch one of the perpetrators as they provided wire information. Use Realtor.com instead. They are legitimate.

Zillow should be helping home owners sell their homes but they are not ! Views of my home should not be going from 1900 to 600 in a matter of days . They should be going up . People want to buy a home that looks appealing and is having views. Also their estimate of my house goes up and down by the thousands daily . At one point it was listed as a value at $628,000 and now they are saying a month later it is $585. The value and views are going down daily. How does this help sell my house? They should take off their estimates all together like homes.com and realtor.com do and the views should go up daily not down daily .

Complained to the better business about the horrible customer service i received trying to get a listing by owner and instead of getting the issue resolved they blocked my account doubling down on horrible customer service, how can a company so dumb be in business but i see where they are located explains it all . Now they just ignore emails to get the account issue resolved instead of helping. Will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that deserves my business and actually helps its customers!!! go to hell zillow

We’ve attempted to use the Zillow rental manager as our first experience with renting our home. It has been terrible and our tenant has processed payment for over $7000 that Zillow has been holding for a month. Zillow customer service has been nonexistent. We have reached out to them on at least 10 occasions and still have no resolution to getting the funds that are due to us. As of late their support staff has been ignoring us. The only means of communication that I can find is through a support email, which has been useless.

This company is shady. I canceled a zip code and got a confirmation it was canceled and the budget was zero. Then the next month I get charged and that zip code is showing an amount I did not set. This is fraud and I did not authorize a charge. I’ve spend 2+ hours on the phone and still no resolve and of course they say we have to escalate after you talk to even supervisors. This company is a joke. Do not buy ads from them. I was literally a customer for over 4 years and this is how they treat me. Sad very sad!
