Zenoti has so many great features! It makes our daily tasks so much easier with all of the information we need at our fingertips. We have had better success with our online booking than we did with our legacy system. We have certainly had an increase in appointments. I love that the schedule layout can be viewed multiple ways as well! Having the texting capabilities has been so helpful. We could not have done this without the patience of Rajesh, our Zenoti king! We have 3 locations and Zenoti was so patient with us so that we could go live with each location at separate times allowing us to focus on the training for each set of employees. Zenoti made it so easy for us to integrate this software. We were able to work directly with them as they understood what we needed and how our business and previous memberships ran in the past. It made our transition seamless while providing the one on one care we needed at the time. Highly recommend

Our onboarding specialist team was wonderful. Moving software is not an easy task. With our business, it was especially complicated. The team at Zenoti took ample time to understand our business almost as if it were their own. They were attentive, available, and willing to stay involved as long as it took. While no software switchover goes without hiccups, the issues that did arise were addressed and taken care of quickly.
