Excellent customer service. I usually call and ALWAYS get a helpful customer service employee who is adept and quick to provide effective assistance. I am Very Happy with my purchases also!! They arrive in safely packed conditions and are made of quality materials

Zenni has good frames, OK customer service, pretty good selection, and prices are OK. The lenses, particularly the lens coatings are lousy. They scratch very easily and the anti-glare coating on my driving pair actually makes more glare than if I drive without them. It seems to me that these things could be easily fixed by an eyewear company, but Zenni it is all about price point and volume. h This is where customer service comes in and could be helpful, but they aren’t. You should be able to order new lenses for an existing frame, but you cannot at Zenni so when they scratch, you have to buy a new pair or go somewhere else. Customer service was zero help in assisting me with getting another pair of readers just like my last pair. The website could be a lot better too. Oddly, perhaps, the website works better on a phone than on a laptop with a camera.

Good app, but Very misleading on the rush delivery! Overall, my glasses are great. They fit well and look good (I used the try on feature in the app). I will definitely use them in the future, but will skip the rush delivery option. Plan on normal time to be about 3-4 weeks with regular delivery and about 3 weeks with the paid rush delivery. Paid an extra $15 for rush delivery in which I thought that I would receive them within 5 to 7 days, since the app displayed $15 rush fee for 5-7 days shipping. Only to have them email me 5 days later and say they put a hold because they could not guarantee the shipping delivery date. They requested that I contact them. When calling Customer Care, the representative was unable to waive the shipping fee that I was charged, even though they cannot guarantee to ship my order, rushed, as indicated and paid for. The representative in the Philippines had no way to transfer me to someone in the United States to speak to. The representative was sometimes difficult to understand. I would suggest when ordering, to plan on at least 3-4 weeks. The representative explained that they generally take at least five business days just to, create/manufacturer glasses and that shipping is calculated separately. When I ordered, I expected to receive my order within the timeframe listed on my rush delivery. I just assumed as others have, that the shipping date displayed is how long until I receive. So, if you are expecting to receive your glasses in for example: 5-7 business days, you will not actually receive for appx. 20-25 days. The rep that I spoke to kept changing the expected delivery date during the call. I did like utilizing their app. I like the try on feature and uploading my prescription was simple and easy. Many people on google reviews also stated that they refused to refund 100%, even if the glasses are defective. I finally received my order, thankfully my glasses fit perfectly and the prescription was perfect. I used the multi-focal glasses without the lines in them. I can very easily switch from normal view to reading view by just looking down. It is a seamless transition. I was very worried about getting multi-focal glasses, but they are great. I think in total, it was about 19-20 days in total. Overall, $70 for a pair of glasses is fairly inexpensive.

I’ve used Zenni for years and have never had an issue. I’ve recommended them to several friends and family members. So it was surprising when the last pair of glasses I had made didn’t seem right. I brought the glasses to my eye doctor, who confirmed the lenses were the wrong prescription. I messaged Zenni customer service, explained the issue, and they issued me store credit. I placed a second order for glasses and checked them as soon as they arrived. Once again, they didn’t seem right, so I brought the second pair to the eye doctor, and they were also an incorrect prescription. Once again, I messaged Zenni and tried explaining they had made glasses incorrectly back-to-back because if they’ve made this error with my glasses, it’s highly likely that it’s also happening to other customers. I asked if they checked the RX on the first pair (which had already arrived back at Zenni) and was told they did not check the glasses because I had not asked them to check the returned glasses. This makes no business sense. Why would you not investigate a customer complaint?? Since I had no assurance that another order would be any different, when offered a refund or store credit, I chose a refund. Over a week later, I was emailed that Zenni was “unable” to refund me because a portion of my second order was paid in store credit. This is ridiculous and unreasonable. I paid money for a product that was made incorrectly twice. I was told I would be refunded, but now they are trying to backpedal. Go elsewhere for glasses. I recommend Costco Optical. Great products and excellent customer service!

We found out when you got glasses through Zenni for like half the price of walmart or even less than that. This is now the only place we order are eyeglasses from. And we've got them for the whole family. Really great value if you order more than one pair, you can expedite your order for an extra ten bucks. Not a bad deal, they come in 5 to 10 days if you expedite it. Our latest paragraphs are some new sunglasses for our son who's a lifeguard.
