we went to just look around the new stuff available for sale, when we were leaving the store the staff at the gate said that we have a item which is in our carry bag which we did not paid for. the utter humiliation in front of everybody checking our bags just to find nothing and saying sometimes the detector has issues is not something you should expect from a luxury brand. utter disappointment

The staff at the store is being paid to be snobbish and snooty. I requested them (Firoz) for a particular shirt and skirt, my friend had liked yesterday. The staff rudely declined saying its not available. On requesting him to find me an alternative, he refused again. After a lot of efforts I finally managed to choose a skirt but as it was slightly dirty due to display, i asked for a fresh piece and they got me a heavily crumpled piece. Disgusted, annoyed. Luxury brand staff cannot afford to treat customers like this.

I really love shopping here. Every time I visit, there is always something new. The staff need to be more active in handling customers; I felt they were a bit slow. I hate waiting at the billing counter.

A good place to shop for trendy clothing especially for girls. The choice of clothes for men could've been better. But overall a great place to buy clothes if you are looking to get something outside the ordinary. The price range may be a little high for some people. But it suits almost everyone. Also the service is good.

Offers a good selection of both formals, semi formal wear, great fit.. friendly sales people around.
