Sold me fake Uggs….sole is plastic. Not Eva Rubber….faded black brand new…pic showing my old Uggs much richer black. Fibers are off. I have a video I couldn’t post it though . 12/20/24

A lot of people don’t know about ZAPPOS. WELL, I’M HERE TO PUT THEM ON THE MAP! This place has a high-quality of everything! I’ve been ordering from Zappos for over 🔟 years now. I’ve even been to the 6️⃣ PM store in Kentucky. A first class organization that puts a twist on their beliefs to have fun and everything you do and everywhere you go with PURE HAPPINESS!!! 5️⃣⭐️ in 2019. They asked my son to come to Downtown Las Vegas to their facility and pick out a graduation suit. I was already a big fan, but that took it over the top, what a First Class & Friendly Organization. 💎💯💎 WE CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN TO THE HEARTBEAT OF LAS VEGAS!!! ♻️🤎♻️

I took a tour with my class from Nevada Partners and it was amazing. Seeing the amazing building and learning about the management structure was interesting and inspiring. If you always thought the there was a better way to work, check out zapped, they will prove you right.

Placed two orders for shoes, and one pair was worn prior and stained. I immediately called to let them know that I had initiated the return. The lady that answered stopped talking to me when I told her that I initiated the return and that I checked to see if they had a replacement and never came back on the line or never called me back. This was my first time ordering from Zappos and my last. They did not even meet my expectations, which much less exceeded them.

For years was a happy shopper here until Management adopted 1. A.I. = SNAFUs galore 2. A don't bother us policy & no sorries given 3. Take in money FAST, delivery "slow boat from China" w/no other options
