Do not trust their agents that the project will be delivered within the promised timeline. All the projects I invested in are delayed by more than 2 years. Very disappointing

My friend had an extremely bad experience with them. They use to call a lot until they take a down payment & when the down payment is down & they charged you heifty commission around (15% of project price) they gost you. They never tell you that they have taken the share from your down payment. But you will see that once you will after them refund in case of any issue. This is just a marketing agency. They do not have the ability to deliver 100% projects

This platform is riddled with lies and deception. Approximately 95% of the ads and pictures are fake. Agents promote listings with misleading descriptions and images. When I called about five different ads, I consistently received the same response: "This property is not available, but we have other similar options." It’s disheartening to see that such a large platform is essentially enabling a property agency mafia. There needs to be some form of oversight regarding the pictures and descriptions that agents are sharing.

Zameen is just like other real estate marketing companies. All the projects that I invested through Zameen.com's exclusive marketing partnerships are all delayed by more than 1 year. Some are being delayed even more than 1 year. Everything they promise before the sale are all sales tactics but no real results in reality. Some of them have even legal issues such as declared illegal by LDA such as Barki Orchard. Investors are advised to do their own due diligence and do not solely rely on Zameen's due diligence that they claim

Just building a platform is not enough! It has been a waste of time and horrible experience with Zameen.com, property dealers have put up fake properties with less prices and when you reach them out they tell you this one is rented, we can show you another one that is 2X more expensive then customer's budget bracket. So, all in all, this is just a platform for collecting data for dealers, who put up fake properties, you reach them out, they save your number and then spam you with calls and msgs. I can't believe that though Zameen.com has reached at such a huge level, they have zero interest in building credibility of their platform. Just saying that sale/purchase is not our domain is not enough! There should be some basic check and balance in allowing people to list their properties on your platform, this might be booming now but in near future this would look like a joke! Extremely disappointed, its literally a useless platform with zero credibility. Wastage of time, money and effort.
