I’m an advid Taco Bell customer, and I used to love KFC, but recently Tsco Bell has shrunk their offerings and raised their prices! KFC and their app is just a joke! Won’t waste my time and money on this crap anymore!

Anyone at YUM! corp paying attention to restaurant location reviews? Could it be any worse for so long for the Willow Grove, PA KFC ? And absolutely no effort to make improvements or hold franchisee’s accountable? Tried this location again this evening and when I got home found that my takeout order was wrong, given less product than ordered and the chicken I did get was old and dry as leather. Another words, ripped off. Shame on me for trying again, I won’t make the same mistake and will avoid all KFCs. With so many options like Popeyes, BoJangles and Church’s, why take the chance?

I’m pissed that they have shutters down Pizza Hut in Austria! Can you come back please to Vienna? It’s boring without Pizza Hut in there! Everybody misses Pizza Hut Austria!

Used rewards point to order my pizza last night and I added $2 tip even though it was carry out order and I used apple pay to pay the $2 tip. But today I found out they charged me the original amount of $27.54 and the rewards is still there. Why??? I hate your website now cause it does not locate me contact us page. Really frustrated. Pizza hut is the worst customer service.

It has been reported that you are going cashless company wide. That may work in the major cities, but when you come the country side, it will not work. I for one do not use plastic cards for my meals or any other products. I use plastic exclusively for on line purchases, only because that's the only you can.
