Yell

Absolutely horrendous experience with Yell. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My company has invested £750 a month to generate leads and sales with zero results, and I mean zero! not one single phonecall or email through the Yell campaign. I identified an issue after a few months that the Yell campaigns simply weren't working and was ignored by my account manager, nothing was done, not even a reply to my emails. Finally after getting a new account manager and being made another load of promises and offered more solutions 'free of charge' unbelievably the campaign became less visible with less clicks than before. I am approaching the end of a 12 month contract and out of pocket to the tune of £9000. An extortionate amount of money for a small company to lose. Yell have seriously compromised my companies future and maybe have made the lose money difficult to recover from. A scandalous company. Nothing short of daylight robbery. Wish I had the means to take them to court DO NOT USE YELL FOR YOUR MARKETING OR LEAD GENERATION, THEY WILL NOT DELIVER!!

-0 stars if possible. Do you have money to waste? Use YELL! It's the most useless thing ever you could spend your money on, and not only that it's so meaningless I paid more than one year of their membership which was 60-100 between there and guess what! Only one person ever contacted me or my team from there, (we do check where each customer comes from) After you schedule a call with them, they put you on with some people who are trying to wash their minds, not only do they even advise me to get my friends to review me on yell? Sorry, but last time I checked that's against Google policies and also illegal in general speaking. After 1 hour of back in forth with them they finally let go of my membership and cancelled but that was not enough. Their agents tried to trick me that I have to pay for another year. Per contract? The year was over but I rolled with it with hopes that it would do its job, after that heated argument the agent only said "Oh I'm so sorry" and that was it. Okay, I closed it. I thought so. Do they take another payment after one month? I was like nope I'm blocking any further transactions from this company, Had to stay for another half an hour with the banking to block further transactions, After going to a few reviews I noticed that some don't even come together. They don't even make sense to some of them. Again, if you are bored and love to argue and spend useless amounts of money TIME Yell is the right choice for you in my opinion. Stay away and save your money… I have been with Yell for nearly 5 years and I received a call about a year ago from one of the sales representatives, she was adamant she knew why I wasn’t getting the leads & calls I needed so made me upgrade. I went from spending £230 to nearly £500 and I didn’t see any changes. I then received another call by another sales representative (my account manager) and was told if I would upgrade to tier 3 and let them build a professional website I would receive more leads and more business however thousands of pounds spent and still no improvement. Today I received about 6 calls and not one of them related to my business. You will keep spending and not make enough to pay Yell let alone see profit. They tell you you’re getting the clicks and recognition however these don’t pay the bills. I’m now tied into a contract paying £1500 a month & I’ll be lucky if I can make half of that with the business leads they bring to the table. Stay far away and don’t be scammed!!!

We had AcerCountryside Garden Services carry out some tree surgery and general tidying and pruning this week and were delighted with their courtesy and good working, They left the garden looking great and removed all the debris from the area and swept the paths to leave everything in pristine condition. The big surprise was when we got the bill as they had reduced it saying the job was slightly less than expected from the photographs I sent! How often do you get that these days?!

Well recommend cliff and his team weatherwise roofing on the job they done on my property striped ridge tiles and put all new broken tiles back on where needed ,kept me up to date with work ,will be definitely using them again in future if needed
