I had the privilege of interning at XIRCLS for a duration of two months, and I am thrilled to share my experience. Being part of this outstanding company was an excellent way to embark on my journey in the field of Human Resources. During my internship, I had the privilege of working closely with Deepak sir and Utterika ma'am, who served as my mentors and biggest supporters throughout my time at XIRCLS. Their guidance, expertise, and unwavering encouragement played a pivotal role in boosting my confidence and shaping my career aspirations within the HR domain. XIRCLS provided me with invaluable insights into the world of Human Resources, allowing me to apply what I learned in a real-world setting. The work culture at XIRCLS is both nurturing and inspiring, fostering an environment where interns like myself can thrive and develop professionally. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to work with Deepak sir, Utterika ma'am, and the entire XIRCLS team. This internship has not only been a valuable stepping stone in my career but also a source of motivation and enthusiasm for my future in Human Resources. I completed my 6-month long UI/UX Design internship at XIRCLS. I had the opportunity to work on various challenging and exciting projects. I worked under guidance of Ms.Astha Botadra, who was very supportive and helpful. She motivated me to excel in my creative skills and produce high-quality designs. I enjoyed working at XIRCLS and appreciated the work culture and the work life balance. What I liked the most is that they offered a lot of flexibility in terms of work hours. The company valued my autonomy and creativity, and encouraged me to explore new ideas and solutions.

During my tenure as an HR intern at XIRCLS, I had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team of professionals. XIRCLS, as a company, stands out for its rapid growth and innovative approach within the industry. It was an honor to be a part of this dynamic company, moreover a family, during my internship.

I have completed my 5 month in-office internship from XIRCLS in the year 2022. XIRCLS is a place for individuals to enhance their communication skills while learn the ethics of a good workplace. XIRCLS has always been emphasizing on adding value to individual's life and create an impact in the business world.

I recently completed an internship at XIRCLS - Decentralized, Collaborative Marketing Network. I always wondered how marketing would differ in a B2B company. Although I gained some theoretical knowledge on it in my university, I wanted to understand the mindset of a marketer while dealing with a B2B brand in today's dynamic marketing environment. And undoubtedly, XIRCLS provided me with the best work and learning environment, with a goal of mutual growth. I believe XIRCLS will soon result in a revolutionary change in how brands spend their marketing budgets. The concept of Collaborative Marketing excites me, and with growing integration between the marketing and tech industry, XIRCLS is already proving to be a game changer. I believe that more than an intern, I'm now a promoter and advocate of this brand, and the experience I've gained in this short tenure will prove to be a gem in my future endeavours. I'd like to thank Deepak Dhingra Sir and Uttarika Kumaran Ma'am for giving me this opportunity to work with them and valuing my inputs.
