The hotel has potential due to its well-built structure and spacious, well-planned rooms. However, it suffers significantly from poor maintenance, which undermines the overall experience. The presence of dust everywhere and the lack of proper cleanliness are highly disappointing. The water quality in the washroom is a major issue, being salty and hard, making basic activities like brushing and showering inconvenient and unpleasant. While the breakfast buffet is adequate, there is considerable room for improvement. Furthermore, the hotel’s strict adherence to policies seems to exist only on paper, as the actual service delivery is far below expectations. Overall, I would rate this hotel two stars due to its lack of upkeep and unsatisfactory service standards.

We stayed only one night in the 2 bed suite which was a self contained apt whose basic design was excellent. Linen was also very good, view was over the city as we were on 10th floor. Reception girl who handled our checkin was surly but otherwise the hotel was comfortable. Ambience could be improved with some flowers at reception or lobby and greenery elsewhere, esp in the suite. I think labour is an issue everywhere in ahmedabad. No hot water here as elsewhere in the city due to bad solar planning and minimal backup for hot water heating in winter.

Very pathetic services in spite of putting up things on paper and informing them about the payment instructions this guys were calling me in middle of the night by 2:30-3:00 AM To Clear the billing when it was clearly mentioned that the payment will be processed by tomorrow morning and his FOM had agreed to. But Udeshya from F&B he kept calling me in the room constantly just to clear the bills. Got to see and not recommend the hotel again to anyone. If this are the services that we are gonna get. Better than them there are bigger brands who are much more professional and are really good at their hospitality.

The hotel is well built but poorly maintained. The worst thing is that the water in the washroom is salty and hard. It makes it difficult to brush and shower. Breakfast buffet is decent but could be better. Location is not ideal as it's far from the city. Rooms are spacious and well planned. Overall I would just rate it with two stars coz of poor maintenance of the hotel.
