Tried to get wound Technician changed because was not happy with the way she performs her visit. Got call from main office because I complained about tech and was told they will talk with Management, then get back to me. Waited 4 days then The same tech called and left message. Main office called soon after to let me know there was no one else to come out, so I cancelled this visit and any other further visits. I would not Recommend this Wound care Company. Bad Customer service Skills for Tech and Management. Thumbs all the way down.

Christina was awesome! Very professional and got me healed in the soonest possible time. Nothing but compliments for WoundTech. I literally cried when I was discharged. I looked forward to her visits because I was homebound.

Absolutely disgraceful care received by a company that holds you hostage from seeking alternative care by threatening to discontinue their service. The PA assigned to us was never available for urgent situations as she promised she would be, is arrogant and utterly unprofessional. When confronted, they speak over you instead of listening with compassion or care. If you love your family member, you won't let these people anywhere near them.

I live in Las Vegas and I have used Woundtech twice now. And I have to say Jonard Gonzales is a very nice and caring young man.He has really help my wounds to heal. I had gone to doctor's and they couldn't heal them. Jonard had my wound that I had for 2 years healed in 3 months. If you live in South East Las Vegas and need wound care I very highly recommend Jonard

Terrible, abusive, argumentative tech here in Poinciana, FL. I called the Hollywood number to calmly report, and they hung up on me, an Army vet in wet bandages with multiple wounds. I was told Wound Tech comes out twice a week and that's it. Per Glenda the tech bc she's overworked and wants weekends off. Patients should not be responsible for changing their own wound bandages. Thank you Veterans Administration for firing Wound Tech, who refused to reveal their policy whether or not anyone is on call. Outrageous! Good riddance!
