Cold called my employer to solicit tech service needs... Seemed professional enough, until I politely told him we were not interested and he VERY promptly hung up. Like, very promptly. Hey guy, here's a tip - like most Americans, I have caller I.D., and now I know the name of your business. Had you been courteous and left your name and number, I would have put it in the stack of referrals. Instead, I'll use my lunch break to warn others of your lack of *basic* tech knowledge & unprofessionalism.
