1. No paper cups & toilet paper in washrooms but a number of pages are wasted to stick on board for transportation😂😂😂 I don't know how they follow no paper policy. 2. Toxic environment in the workplace, you are being judged for every little mistake and will be insulted before your co workers, If you don't have self respect that's the good place to work on. 3. You won't have any support from the team lead and managers, all they put load on your shoulder without showing humanity. 4. You can't question their management as you do or suggest something to change, their ego hurts and they will satisfy their ego by giving you work load more than others. 5. You should have licking shoes skill to survive and to get proper incentive without doing proper task of process, as long as you are licking boots of management you can see future with them else you will be in hell. 6. If you argue for your right so they will do dirty politics and force you to resign from the job I spent 1 year just not to spoil my stability in resume. Alot to say nothing positive I have to mention.. harassed mentally.

1. No paper/plastic cups in the cafeteria. 2. Unhygienic dishes in the cafeteria. 3. You have to pay 10-15 rupees to get a normal paper cup. 4. For parking approval, you have to wait 5-6 months. 5. Not a single refrigerator is available in the e cafeteria to keep your food in this 45-50 degrees of summer. Cost-cutting in this company is at its peak. They do not provide an ID card holder. You have to carry two access cards, which creates confusion. In addition, you have to buy a card holder yourself. These small issues make the employee experience worse. No advice will work because this company is supposedly “towards environmental sustainability,” but with small, basic amenities, they are going to break this sustainability program.

They terminate you if you did not follow their lies about facilities there is no hr department as such for help they won’t listen your concern query even they will delay your concern till the time you got terminated I’m been trying to connect with hr from last 10days about a single problem but every time I called her she’s is busy or in middle of something I will never suggest anyone to align with this organisation for sure…#pathetic

**Name itself doesn't always represent the brand :** My experience with WNS was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The entire interview process was poorly managed and filled with miscommunication. Initially, I was informed that the position was for a US banking process voice Customer Service role. However, during the final operations round, I was inexplicably asked if I had experience with email or chat support, which was never mentioned in the job description. After successfully clearing multiple rounds, including screening, assessment, Versant, and AMCAT, I was abruptly told by the operations manager that my resume showed too many previous organizations. This feedback should have been addressed much earlier, not after wasting considerable time and effort. The lack of coordination and communication between HR and the operations team was glaringly evident. The HR team failed to convey the job requirements accurately to the operations team, leading to conflicting information and confusion. This disorganization is unacceptable for a company of WNS's stature. Overall, my experience with WNS was negative, and I would not recommend this organization to anyone seeking a professional and coherent hiring process. Significant improvements are needed in their communication and coordination to prevent such disappointing experiences for future candidates.
