The staff are extremely friendly and helpful- five stars for them, but disappointing product range. Went in to buy three fairly common items- WD40, Unibond Aero 360 refill and a cat flea collar; all out stock with no idea when back in. Also the same smear of faeces has been present in the DIY section for months now.

A brilliant go to shop for home and stationery needs. Its a has good selection and competitive prices. Staff dont always know what products are there but still friendly and helpful.

I’ve popped into this local Wilko’ several times within the last month as I’ve recently moved to the area and needed to furnish my new property. With a great variety of items, I’ve almost solely used this Wilko’ to buy everything I needed for my new place. I find their prices to be unbeatable (locally speaking), the store itself is kept nice, clean and organised. Lastly, the service is always outstanding; nothing is too much to ask for, in regards to the staff, who are plentiful and always willing to help answer any questions/queries. Special shout-out to CHRISTINE who has looked after me on a number of occasions; she’s a true superstar and an absolute credit to the company! I look forward to popping in again soon. Cheers!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is lovely and clean with wheelchair accessible doors and a lift if you want to go upstairs, payment by cash or card.

Awful experience, I always go this store and buy most of things from there , I won't complaint about stuff they got good and quality materials but them staff are so rude 😑 last week I spent more than £500 in this store and bought some heavy garden furniture and asked them for help just to put stuff in the trolley but no-one came to help me, because them staff got back pain problems and I don't understand why don't they have anybody to help for customers, and those wilko ladies look so tired I think they need some young staff in this store 😀 because these ladies are too old to give hands to customers. Honestly I'm not the person who easily put reviews but they really let me down this time. Ridiculous behaviour 🙄

Went to Wilko Stafford this morning for two Wilko 50/60 ltr bags of compost, I am 77 yrs old and unable to carry/lift them due to back injury and no trollies. A member of staff Malcolm, said he would carry them to my car for me after getting permission to do so, he went to great length to get them to the car and put them in the boot for me. 'Anytime you need help just ask for me' her said, What a great ambassador for his company, well done Malcolm..
