We worked with Mike Proctor, and this was our first time buying a home. What I particularly liked about Mike was that he met with us at the very beginning to explain every step of the home buying process before we even started looking at homes. He even had print outs for us of the steps, including a full breakdown of the escrow process. This was super helpful, and taught me a lot about the process so I wasn't caught off guard by anything. He was super flexible and helped us go through escrow while we were out of the country, and everything went smoothly!
