Amazing staff from the receptionist, medical Assistant to the Doctor. People that do care for people. I didn't have to do my own registration speaking on a phone that everyone uses. You only register and you do everything else from your phone, I was self pay and the price was affordable without insurance, clean atmosphere. Excellent customer service and support.

West Tex staff helped me recover from Flu Virus. There were very efficient, friendly and considerate. They explained what they were doing and why to alleviate pain and achieve wellness. I was very impressed

I went in first thing in the morning, minutes before they opened, and from the minute I walked in, to the time I walked out, the staff was so very kind. I got seen quickly, the NA(Naki, I'm so sorry, I can't remember her full name) she was the sweetest young lady. The NP who came in to tell me the results of xrays, she was so kind hearted. I have never been to this clinic, but this is now my new go to! Thank yall all for your kind service!

Taylor Brown. Worst doctor ever! She prescribe Lidocaine 2% viscous solution and in the indications she wrote “take 10 ml by mouth every 4 hours as needed for 3 days. For pain throat”  I ingested the solution for two days by following her prescription. Then my husband said is weird because that solution shouldn’t be ingested! Then I called to the urgent care to ask if is right to take the 10 ml every 4 hours and they said of course no! You shouldn’t ingest that. You just gargling and spill it out! I can’t believe the queality of doctor this urgent care has.

One of the best Urgent Cares I've been too. Very punctual, very professional, and very nice people that work there. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
