Had a great experience here at the West Edmonton Coin and Stamp great friendly staff good sense of humor but at the same time know what they're talking about all your collectible needs are likely something that you can find and answer a solution or even though way to make it that much more special. The mystery boxes are unlucky. It can’t just be me that received a Canadian pencil for my 30$. The rest of the stuff was also garbage. I have to box up my heart to help with this pain. I bought another. I got the SAME THING. Where’s the mystery?

I was in Edmonton for business, I collect Pokemon cards and saw this shop decided to take a look. The staff all knew what they were talking about and were genuinely nice. The only thing I disliked was most prouducts were 10-20$ overpriced and for the booster boxes the price shown would resemble the price after tax plus 30$ if it’s showing the price before tax those are crazy overpriced. Just last week I bought a Scarlet and Violet booster box for 200$ after tax their price was 230$. And this didn’t really bother me much but if you sell singles please add a display case or them listed on your website. Now I’ve just gone for a second visit and this time my experience was nowhere near as good. The staff couldn’t be less engaged with answering the 2 questions I asked and generally seemed very depressed.

I just got the rudest service I've ever had in my life from Jack!!! I will never step foot in the store again or will I recommend anyone from going there. I recently went there to get a coin checked out that my wife got from her work. She is a cashier at a grocery store. She saw it and bought it. I went in pulled out of my pocket and set it down and even before I could say anything, Jack picked it up, looked at it, threw it down and in the rudest tone I ever heard, said. " It's Fake" turned around and started to go about his business. I was kinda put back by his attitude. Now it's not the fact that it might be a fake coin. I don't know, but when you bring something in, and don't know what it is and get treatment like that, Unacceptable in my opinion. Very egotistical!!! Now I understand, you guys may see lots of fake stuff and lots of people try to put one over on you, I was bringing it to get checked out and got treated like that. It's too bad because we were told you guys were the best. Not treated like that and if that's how you treat everyone that is not very knowledgeable of something is very unprofessional. I left the store with a feeling of disrespect like I've never felt in my life. I would give -stars if I could.
