We have had just an overall great experience using WebRezPro. The customer service is spectacular, the upgrade roll-outs have been flawless, and the system itself is very user friendly (both on the admin side as well as the user side)! Where to begin... I have been working with this system for 7 years. It WAS very versatile, quick and easy to use. You could do everything from your phone. A week ago they decided to "upgrade" the system and even sent messages saying it would not affect us if anything would enhance the product. So they basically made it way more difficult to see the calendar. Added so much junk that page that use to load in a second now takes 5 to 7 seconds ( no exaggeration). You can imagine the frustration of having to wait for page to load 7 times longer when you have to shuffle dozens of pages a day. The calendar that so easy to interact with they reshuffled all the information and made it 2 to 5 times more difficult to get anything done. The pages randomly loads up to 6 times in road while you are trying to assign rooms. Features that were always there are suddenly taken away with no warning ( when brought up their explanation is that this the update). The amount of bugs and delays is mind boggling. Is as if they downgraded and messed their product on purpose. I tried bringing it up with their team and although internally their employees are not happy with the horrible changes they have to stick with it. Tip: Get programmers who actually use your product. You went from a top tier product to a knock off.

We are so happy to be working with a company like WebRez. All the programs and services are super easy to navigate and work with. The customer support is super helpful and very quick to respond. I have several properties and I love using webrez for its ease of use and its functionality.
