Watershed Carwash

Had a membership 2 years ago and canceled because the quality was horrible. I decided to give it a second chance this month only to be upset with the quality of service again. My rims and hood of the vehicle are filthy, soap on the roof, and water still remains on my car. Upgrade or do repairs to the machines at this wash.

I think the watershed has good customer service however I was paying $45 for a plan and I never had tire shine although it says it’s included so that was disappointing. The main reason for my review is that my car did get damaged at the Military location. There was a small dent on my passenger fender when my car was going through. I felt my car being shoved from the right side, but I thought the wheels were just kind of aligning. When I came home, I opened my passenger door, and the fender was pushed towards the door, so it made it a little bit harder for me to open my passenger door and it was not like that when, I left work (cause I had out some things in my car before I left) so I knew it was from the car wash. The manager was super nice. She looked through the cameras. She followed up with me and she said she could not find any evidence that my car was damaged at the car wash. She did offer a free month, which was really nice so I kind of let it go and stayed with them trusting the damage was done on my way home on the road or something. Tell me why, I went to the Culebra location today and I felt that same shove and I said, I bet you anything I’m gonna have a dent again. I got home, I checked and the dent was there there again! (Cause I had popped it out a little so it wasn’t as noticeable but again, it was in!) They told me their machinery is too soft to damage vehicles, but it literally pushed my car. I just canceled my membership and I’ll be washing my car at home. For reference, I do drive a Dodge Challenger so I don’t know if the car is just too wide or too low or the people telling me how to align my wheels are not telling me to move to the left far enough, I don’t know. Also notice there is no tire shine on my wheels.

After signing up for the most expensive membership during their grand opening promotion, I decided to discontinue my membership. The reason is because the car wash is not capable of providing a great wash. It leaves the skirt of my car, curvature, and nooks and crannies still dirty. The blow dryers are also not adequate. Having been to many competing car washes in San Antonio throughout my life, I have to say that this car wash ranks poorly compared to others despite this being a new location. This car wash also seems to have less cleaning equipment and spends the least amount of time cleaning your car compared to the other drive thru competitors. I’m disappointed as I had high hopes during this grand opening. I find myself having to step out of my car to do a great deal of drying and cleaning parts of my car that were missed as a result of this poor service.

Appreciate the Immediate Customer Service when you 1st drive up and Pre-Wash! Thank y’all for always doing a Great Job! Well worth the price. Looking forward to getting my Membership!

The wash has gone down in its service. Some times the barrel brushes don't touch your vehicle and the one that comes down from the top won't come down to clean. I pay for the works on the wash with tire wash and shine but lately my tires have NOT been shining like they used to. I can't wait for the other car washes to get finished to move other there.
