Horrble company, looking after Australia's worst interests. Every spam call I have received in the past 48 hours has led me to this company. Fix your security you gronks

VERY POOR phone quality and customer service!!!!! We located in the Sydney CBD with a dedicated fibre connection and over past 3 months our service has dropped consistently and the support you receive is poor without any assistance. Maybe a cheap option but caution required if looking for a business quality solution. Not recommended at all

I cannot believe this company gets any positive reviews..at least where their ownership of Commander is concerned. Vocus appears to let any complaints about Commander and its poor customer service, only be dealt with by the call centre in Phillipines. The customer service people in Australia at Vocus appear to wipe their hands of the misleading, inconsistant decisions in relation to Commander, (made at Board level. according to call centre based off shore), a convenient excuse for them to not properly investigate problems. Customers. (and long term ones at that), are fobbed off by so called "supervisors" based off shore, with no understanding of how Australians operate. Off shore call centres are a joke, they do not work, English is poor, and they simply cannot relate to how we express ourselves in normal, rational conversation in relation to issues like billing enquiries, excess charges, new "charges" with no forewarning to customers, and a miriad of other issues of late with Commander. No wonder Vocus has management problems, and poor share performance, with the way it oversees Commander, just to mention one of its subsiduaries. The lies and misleading comments by its off shore centre would have it before a court here if an Australian call centre behaved the same way. Commander customers are sick and tired of being ripped off. You only have to go to the Product Review site, to name just one, to see how how poorly Commander treats customers. And Vocus just sits on its hands and does nothing.

I work for Regus. We are a corporate customer of Vocus. They answer the phones with NO long wait periods, all of the people on the other end are so friendly and help you out straight away. Your problem is always fixed within 2 minutes. I wish more companies were like this!

Don't consider Commander. Their customer service is non-existent, once you have signed up they could care less about you. The worst company I have dealt with in over 20 years of being in business.
