This is the best hat store I have ever bought from. I ordered a couple new hats this summer and one seemed to be marked wrong from the manufacturer. I am in Canada. Village Hat Shop shipped me a new hat at their expense and told me to keep the one that was too big. I have been buying from them for years and will continue to buy from them. They have an amazing selection and great pricing. They really deserve 10 starts in my eyes. Keep up the great work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Solid shop with a Ton of Options! Super professional/helpful staff. Top quality hats from well known brands. I bought a Stetson full brimmed hat and didn’t realize a small blemish until I brought it home. Shop exchanged out hat without a problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good service, but a surprisingly small selection and of mid-quality Panama hats for larger head sizes. They are trying to leverage their e-commerce inventory and offer to order one. That’s fine if you live in the area, but I’m driving down from Murrieta to try on hats - if I want to order one online, I can stay at home. Retailers need to realize the importance of having a good selection and being in-stock if they want to compete. If someone makes the effort to visit your store. You can’t sell from an empty shelf…

I love this place. They have a HUGE selection of hats. Anything from novelty hats, to fascinators, to Stetsons, you name it they have it. On this trip I just picked up a few ball caps, but I’ve come here for sun hats, working hats, going out fedoras, costume hats, etc. They also have good service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don’t have a size on the sales floor, be sure to ask if any other locations have it. They have other locations!
