I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vijan Palace! The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. It’s definitely one of the best places to stay in Jabalpur! Highly recommend.

We booked this hotel on our return journey from Kumbhmela to Hyderabad. Although, its not located in Nagpur-Jabalpur road, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious with a king size bed and a sofa cum bed which can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Buffet Breakfast has lot of variety and we loved the food too. If you are looking for a stay in Jabalpur, this is the best choice.

We stayed at Hotel Vijayan twice. During our first visit, the experience was pleasant – the rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, our second visit was disappointing. The hotel was very busy, and the service standards seemed to have dropped. The food served was cold, and basic room amenities like towels were missing. We had to call multiple times for room service, which was frustrating. While the rooms are still well-maintained, the service during busy times needs significant improvement. Based on our second visit, I would rate the experience 2 stars.

Extremely disappointing experience at this so-called '5-star' hotel. We reached out to them for a quotation and service details for our wedding, but the response was sluggish, and they failed to provide a proper quotation despite multiple follow-ups. Not only was the communication unprofessional, but the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. For a place that claims to offer premium services, this was unacceptable. We expected much better, especially considering the high price point. We will not be considering this hotel for any future events and will definitely be sharing our experience with others.

More a banquet and not a hotel and nowhere near 5 star standard. Just a place with cheap food and overcrowded. So a big no and not recommended for leisure trip. The staff at reception is ill mannered and not courteous at all. However the staff at restaurant is wonderful but place is overcrowded being cheap option so the crowd is walk in and property is not not even 2 star. They serve liquor and food during buffet which is big headache whilst having food during stay there as the place is always crowded due to some complimentary drinks. People are more there to drink and loot the buffet than anything else. So to sum up the place is a glorified dhaba with rooms and not even of worth to be called as five star standard property. Due to huge walk in staff at reception and management are self obsessed and rooms are the most bad part. The stink and smell of the rooms with torn carpets is a nightmare with kids. So it is a big advisory for all intending to visit this place for leisure as no component of luxury is there in this property. I chose this pace after going through the reviews and now posting this to save people like from getting into this trap. More cheaper and better options are available in the city. This is ideal for people who want to get drunk and sleep in any place after losing senses in inebriated state. For a person planning g trip with family must not consider it as an option as people coming there for marriages are there for one night and it is just a banquet. Overall place is not worth of called even two star standard property.
