My son is 16. Was excited to use this site for a new philanthropic project he was putting together for seniors in our community. When you join it offers you monthly memberships and in very small print tells you it will be a full year charged up front. It very intentionally is intended to deceive like many things on the web these days. My son emails them as their site offers a downgraded membership back to monthly which my son requested. Even explaining he is a student as does not have the $300 for this in budget. So there is no downgraded membership. They keep the 300 and after a year the chargers will return to monthly. I have reached out to the company to asked them to just do the right thing, charge the kids monthly, and we will keep the membership. But let the kids/and high school club / pay monthly. We will see what happens. I’ll update the review once we reach the end of this discussion. There is always putting it on Visa’s radar which we can do if we do not reach resolution with the company. The reviews are very concerning. We are clearly not the first. If you have a good product and service you should not need to deceive to get paid. We were happy to join. And now we feel we have to warn others. Why couldn’t it have been good enough to get nearly $30 per month from these kids ?

Unfortunately, my experience with your services has been disappointing. Your website does not clearly mention the requirement to pay after the video is prepared, which I consider a significant oversight. The preparation process took a long time, and I was unpleasantly surprised by a demand for payment of over $10 for a product I couldn’t fully review beforehand. Such practices are misleading and can deter customers from using your services in the future. I strongly suggest improving transparency in your communication, especially regarding pricing and payment policies.

I'm reporting your company to internet cyber crimes , for stolen my money from my card. your system save people data and credit cards information and after that you have stolen money from people account. and when they request refund , your company don't make refunds, and your company say we have made subscriptions. We have reported to Cyber Crime cases in your territory. and we have reported to our bank, and your bank for stolen money. You are very bad company, and you cheating people and your system stealing people money because you have saved people access with payments details and cards security details. I have contacted your support and all your team to refund the money which your system has taken from my card , and they told me we don't refund anything. and your system saved the cards details and automatically without notifications it takes money from people because people can't remove the card details from account.

No idea why any video platform would have an option for 720p resolution in 2024. I made a simple mistake and thought I'd get a hi-res video for the "Lite" plan, but realized too late it was only 720p... I simply asked for my money back only to be told, "We only issue refunds when something does not work as intended or it cannot be fixed in a timely manner. I am sorry but there are no grounds for a refund in this case." People make mistakes, gross company and culture.

One of the worst services I've ever tried. I bought their service to make videos for TikTok but most of the templates that I liked produced bad results such as missing lyrics in some slides. Further more the final product is considered unoriginal by social platforms and thus is restricted for views. After requesting a refund they told me to hit the road even though I could not use their service.
