Victorinox Luggage wheels can be replaced by unlocking a simple screw. They delivered spare at my home on the same day of the complaint. Simply Superb !!

I have been a victorinox customer since 2007 - bought my first set in Hong Kong -even before they were officially available in India - nonetheless the India team via the Mumbai and Chennai Gute Reise stores provided me with parts and repairs - no questions asked - moreover recently a bag purchased in 2020 was replaced with a newer model in 2024 since the shell had developed cracks! Wow well done - a company that truly honours its warranty, shows utmost respect for its customers and this creates good will and loyalty via top quality products and a sustainable service ethic is rare to find. victorinox is one of them - buy their products and rest easy for 11 years! Highly recommended!
