Horrible customer service and quality of products are a ZERO! Order 20 calculators with our yearly classroom funds, only 4 of the calculators worked. Customer service was horrible, no help because I didn’t have the POS (district fulfilled the order on behalf of classroom). Useless product and wasted monies. DO NOT BUY.

Our office loves our DC350 Sit/Stand desks. They were easy to assemble and simple to use. they feature a large work space that allows versatility with your work area. When one desk developed a problem, their Customer Service Team (Marc) responded quickly and professionally to make it right. There is no doubt they offer first class service because it truly reflects the caliber of their product. An absolute pleasure to deal with on all fronts.

I ordered a large number of office file boxes, and 3 were damaged. I emailed the company, received a response in less than an hour, and within a very short amount of time received confirmation that they're sending replacements. This is the best customer service I've ever had, and makes me wonder why other companies can't manage to do the same. I will definitely use Victor Tech whenever possible to purchase items.

Great standing desk company! I use the DC350 every day. The website was very clean, well designed and easy to order from. Customer service was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right desk for my needs. Definitely would recommend this company.

This is my second calculator Model 1460-4 and this is a wonderful office machine. I have had a few problems, BUT I need to point out that the customer service representative who handled my issue is outstanding. His name is Marc and I am very grateful for how efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable he is. Victor Technology is definitely there to back up their product.
