Worse job I’ve ever had… I don’t even think it’s the job itself but the environment & the people they allow to work there. They let workers get away with any & everything while HR does nothing about it, save yourself the stress of working here. Manager on first shift is a serious control freak this lady is evil… not the job to have if you just want to come in & go home I promise you it’s pretty draining.

RUN ! Save yourself! It's a cut-throat, finger pointing environment that is just not pleasant to be around. Listen to the reviews....they are consistent and accurate. The place really has problems. This company has been in a downward slide for years. I'm surprised they're still in business. The FDA needs a spy in here! They only make sure things are done right about a week before FDA shows up. Viant management tells employees to do things out of spec just so they can get work out fast. Yet if they get caught, you will be fired for not following spec, even if they told you to. Bring on the FDA spy!! PLEASE!

This company needs to close their door and close forever. Viant, shame on you. You are polluting our community with toxic, cancer causing chemicals on a daily basis. We want you out of our community now and forever. You have no regard for human life. When this is all said and done, you will be leaving. And you won't open anywhere else to pollute other communities.
