I purchased meds to help with my Dog's pain and paid to expedite it.. 3 days later, there was no response from customer service, and UPS said they didn't even have the package in their possession. Vet Source's site says it is still expected to be delivered.. 2 days ago. If you can, just ask your Vet for a written prescription, and send it to ANY other company. I guarantee it will be faster than Vet Source. Update: Its now Friday, after placing my order on Monday it has finally updated its shipping information, and isn't expected to arrive till next Friday, 11 days from when I ordered with 2 day shipping

I changed my address in early September. They have yet to send me my dogs monthly pill September or October. I’m currently on hold with them. She’s saying I needed to change the auto order address. I literally called TWICE to the company to change my address. She said it’s on file but not the auto delivery. This makes no sense!!

They charged me twice for dog food that was never delivered. They canceled the order but did not notify me. They don't answer the phone

Customer service seems non-existent. Shipping dates are not accurate.

I have been purchasing my dog's allergy meds for 2 months and have yet to get the script.
