I had an interview experience here a couple of years ago that left a lasting impression. While I navigated through the technical rounds with optimism, it was during the HR round that my perception took a sharp turn. A friend, still employed there (for reasons unbeknownst to me), divulged unsettling details about the company's work culture - toxic dynamics, relentless hours, and an unsupportive HR department. Faced with this disheartening revelation, I made the conscious decision to halt the process. However, the HR recruiter persisted in contacting me, seemingly oblivious to my disinterest. Even upon gracefully declining the offer, citing the concerning issues raised by my friend, the response I received was far from professional. Rather than acknowledging the valid concerns I raised, I was met with unsolicited advice, implying I was wasting their time. This interaction epitomized a systemic flaw within Vagaro - a failure to address internal issues and an inclination to deflect responsibility onto external parties. As such, I unequivocally advise against joining Vagaro unless under dire circumstances.

I have Bad experience with hiring team and human resources team. They selected me after two rounds of interview. Then they said your application is on Hold. I have mailed them to know the update but they didn't respond to my mail. Then after one month they called me an conducted the final round. The interview was good but they didn't selected me for the next round. The recruitment process was not happening in a good way. They are giving hope, but never selected in a good way. We are very confident about our skills and talents, but they don't give the expected minimum salary. I negotiate with my minimum salary by huge margin then also they didn't selected even I Cleared all rounds. It is very disappointed thing for all candidates. It is better to looking for new firm. They only give hope and they waste our time. Very very better to attend another firm interview and achieve your goals. Skip Vagaro........

I joined with this company in Aug 2023 and left in Oct 2023 due to toxic and negative environment. Even though they didn't pay my last month salary. Many a times I mailed and message to Sayali Wadadekar. But they even didn't pick my calls as well as not reply my mail. Following such things happen with me. 1) Improper deadline to complete task by manager i.e., to complete task he given time of 11:45 PM to 5 AM that too after completing my regular shift 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM(After extending) 2) Even after working in this time manager expect to join office sharpen time and delay of even 5-10 minutes, he create a task of late coming on ASANA. 3) And he never appreciate for completing task and work in all odd times instead as now manager ended up threatening of escalation. 4) And the day I convey my message of exit from organization to HR then manager started to create a task on ASANA which painting my image as I have not done an proper work in organization during my working tenure with organization. 5) After a multiple time of asking for task creation manager does not create task for work done. 6) And prior to taking decision of exit I've raised concerned to upper management but It have no impact. So I can't work in such negative environments as health and mental peace come first. Such things happen on daily basis. My request is if you have good job in hand then don't leave your organization for good hike. Even I lost my Job due to this things

I was there almost for 2.4 year I was their only for bond if you are doing your work but don't do late seating then they don't appreciate you. To much Politics. Manager Always Give someone task to create task on asana as it their work but they don't do it and if you have any serious family issues then they never help you if someone die in your family that time also they said give WFH in exceptional situation no any support if you work in nice organisation then don't quit job for good hike if you work whole year then they also not give bonus as they giving on January but without inform they give it on February and I resigned on after January salary as some personal reason they don't give I am doing to much hard work but they still don't give if you join don't expect any support

Worst organization I had ever worked Think 100 time before join . Toxis work culture at All. No compensation at all while working on non working day's No job security at All
