Fraud courier service. I have connected with @UpsLimited1 for getting my courier through telegram and I gave more than 20 thousand rupees for custom, clearance and again clearance and after giving around 24-25k they have now blocked me without sharing any details and no courier service. It is completely fraud. Kindly do not use this service and save your money and your well being from these psycho ************ ! !!!!! Never recommend this

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I would say the back-end support staff especially people looking after Custom clearance department, is the worst we can ever find. My shipping bill is filed wrongly due to incorrect data input during the filing, now it's been 4 months i am following up for ammendment/help and they keep delaying and ignoring by giving silly reasons. I have raise complaint 3 times, they give a helpless email reply and close their tickets in their system. I'm really helpless and now i don't know who to escalate this matter to, in order to get my ammendment done in shipping bill for further processing.

Worst courier company in world, got a letter/documents today from usa, after 10 days and can you believe they are charging me 1002 rs as import duty+ custom clearance Can you imagine duties and taxes on letter. This company is crazy, in past also they did same, seems they are in huge loss and to cover up they charge duty and taxes on letters and documents Suggest people toseriously look for alternate carrier, even our postal service in india is 1000 times better than ups express Further whenever we raise issue with customer care, they simply say usa ups made mistake so we cant do anything, you have to pay

Extremely disappointed with the delivery as well as customer care service. My international order was stolen along the process and all I received from UPS was an empty box. There has been minimal response from their side to rectify their fault. Never opting for this again and advising my friends and family to do the same.

Not going to send any parcel to India by using this service anymore..worst experience ever!! My parcel delayed at warehouse scan for 4 weeks. Not updating anything to the sender or receiver about the problem. Customer service very rude to my receiver. Have to message them daily for updates ..and very late to get replies..almost 45 days my parcel delayed. At last after high rate of duty pay Rs19600..after payment done, released my parcel.
