Amazing Experience ! All people are really really co-operative and friendly. They are helpful on another level. The first day's experience was really beautiful, got a lot of gifts 🎁. A very good experience after joining. The fact which matters is people's behaviour and I am really happy that I got a chance to work here ❤️.

I used to be part of this organization, joining it with plenty of enthusiasm and a positive mindset. However, my experience soon turned sour when the company started showing me an unusual attitude. Despite having more than five years of experience under my belt, they treated me as if I was a fresher. I was never given the respect that my experience warranted, which was pretty offensive to me. Adding to this, my first interaction with the manager was not pleasant. He constantly behaved rudely, showing little to no regard for a friendly workplace environment. The HR team was just as uncooperative, showing me disrespect on multiple occasions. Moreover, the overall office environment was far from supportive. There were hygiene issues, particularly concerning oral health, and the washrooms were always less than satisfactory to use. This made my overall experience of working here quite disagreeable. In addition to all this, the fact that the company showed little to no empathy when my father was unwell was simply infuriating. I had to take leaves due to his condition, yet they did not take my circumstances into account. Unjustifiably, they dismissed me, falsely accusing me of absconding. To top it all off, they withheld my final month's salary. All in all, these reasons constituted my overall poor experience with this organization.

The infrastructure of this company is very poor. The rooms are very suffocating. Employees are here beggars. Salary issue. Not good for freshers. I gave an interview and joined the designer team. And I had a really pathetic experience. The person who is actually a servant of the Boss also has much more respect than us.
