I’ve had an extremely unprofessional experience with Typetec’s IT support services. Some of their staff are outright rude and overstep professional boundaries. On multiple occasions, they’ve searched for personal information under my profile, such as my private phone number, and used it to call me about unresolved tickets. This behavior is highly inappropriate—professional communication channels like business phone lines or emails should always be used. To make matters worse, many of their staff are unfriendly, and when I raised this issue with their managers, their reaction was even more disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed visibly annoyed that I dared to complain. I cannot recommend Typetec’s services to anyone looking for professional and respectful IT support. There are much better providers out there who value their clients and maintain proper communication standards.

I got my Mac fixed here when it went down. Very professional and I honestly feel they went above and beyond by not only fixing the corrupt hard rove but also retrieving what they could from it (They managed to retrieve 99%). I can definitely recommend for a very satisfactory repair and customer service.

Very helpful staff. Will definitely be back.
