Vanessa was the best person I have ever dealt with in the insurance business. She helped us lower our home owners insurance by over $4,000. She was pleasant and knowledgeable about all of our concerns. I would recommend this agency to anyone.

For NO reason, with NO pre or post notification, TWFG out of Springboro/ Centerville Ohio jacked-up our homeowners and auto rates by approx 70% and billed my escrow. The only way we found out was after they billed my escrow when an escrow analysis /shortage notification of monthly payment adjustment notice was received from our Mortgage company a few months later. Upon contacting Joe M in the Springboro office, I (politely) initiated a requote. Crickets for a month +…. Only after (politely) calling 3x and emailing Joe M did he finally requote a slightly lower premium amount AGAIN WITH ZERO CUSTOMER CONTACT, ZERO “FRIENDLY NOTE”, NADA - JUST DOCUSIGN DOCS SENT. NO claims, NO life status differences, NO reason to jack up my premium (except perhaps profit?) And now, terrible customer service! Note: Their prior year “switch and save $300” evaporated the next year by triple that amount… Needless to say I left them (after obtaining multiple quotes significantly less than what they were trying to charge, something they seemed unable or unwilling to do with all their companies they work with.

Had nothing but a nightmare with TWFG and agent Cricket Bell. There was always issues with policy billing. Was always hard to reach to get anything resolved. I never could find anyone else to contact at office. Decided to change agent companies and I get a collection call on auto bill when it was auto drafted. Sent email with providing proof and still nothing be resolved. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Joe is fast, friendly and made the whole ordeal of finding, pricing and switching insurance painless. Joe did a great job explaining everything to me when I had questions; also, he works around your schedule and caters to your preferred communication channels (email for me). There weren’t 25 phone calls, pushy sales tactics or anything shady. I’ll continue to use and refer Joe!
