There are way too many glitches that I experienced but impossible to get anything ironed out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
It is quite the nightmare trying to get in touch with their customer care to resolve any issue. You can call as often as you like but they will take their own time to respond if at all. Really deserve minus 5 stars for the kind of service they provide.

Ich habe das Unternehmen angeschrieben, da abgebildete Bewertungen auf Internetseiten nicht der Realität entsprechen. Leider erhalte ich auf meine bereits 3 Mail in 3 Wochen keine Rückmeldung, warum mein Haus auf Seiten schlechter dargestellt wird als es tatsächlich ist oder Textpassagen von Gästen, die nirgends bei uns so eine Bewertung abgegeben haben.

Nicht nachvollziehbar, welche Bewertungen wie und mit welcher Gewichtung zusammengefasst werden. Die daraus entstandene Bewertung von trust you teilweise völlig unlogisch, unplausibel und absurd. Mein Vorschlag, den Algorithmus komplett überarbeiten!
