This company management doesn’t even deserve one star to their behaviour and i have no option rather. The review am writing regarding the fake interview process from “Tracxn Technologies” and wasting time of every candidates. the reviews you are reading here for the company tracxn is all true. Initially i checked the reviews and still has a positive thoughts knowing everyone company has its own pros and cons. however, after attending the interview the company is just interviewing every candidate untill final f2f round and go cold with no response. The whole idea is to get the knowledge from every candidate and improve their internal team. The interviewer doesn’t have any knowledge on the interview process , he just opens your current company website and ask what is that what is this and still unable to understand the process and ask you the repeated questions. Seems like a spam interview’s conducting. Never apply to this company.

Similar to many others in the review section, I also found the interview to be immature and lacking professionalism. After attending the initial interview, it was evident that the interviewer's main concern was whether I was seeking a salary increase by changing companies, a question that seemed obvious and irrelevant. Furthermore, when I attempted to inquire about the company and the Job process, the interviewer seemed unprepared and unwilling to provide any meaningful information. This single interaction provided me with a clear insight into the company's standards. If the company happens to come across my feedback, I would offer one piece of advice: remember that the interviewer is a reflection of the company's professionalism. As individuals like myself evaluate a company, our perception is heavily influenced by the conduct of the interviewer. Good luck!

This third class company doesn't even deserve one star... After clearing assignment round, I got a mail regarding interview and the day of the interview I got another mail that my interview has been cancelled due to some internal changes. After some days, got the mail that we cannot proceed with your application. If you don't want to hire then don't take waste candidate's time by taking useless assignment test and all. Such a fraud and third class company.

saloni is the one who called for interview. She has very unprofessional and rude behavior. She doesnt know how to address the student's very bad experience

One of the best companies I have ever worked in. The managers and colleagues are very supportive and the great thing is the environment is totally free from politics which you cannot get in other organisations.
