They went above and beyond to create a bespoke matching side door that was slightly narrower than standard, ensuring it all fitted the space perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the result and would wholeheartedly recommend Total to anyone.

It was great to look around the showroom, the advisor was really knowledgeable, their advice led us away from our initial plans but we're so glad of this because the resulting build looks incredible. We didn't even realise you could have one colour outside and a different colour inside.

We opted for the Cortizo Sliding doors and we could not be happier with them. They look incredible, the handles are robust and they open and close with ease.

Just to let you know, the aftercare service for this company is pretty bad. They know there are issues with their products, but instead of fixing them, they just make excuses. And don't even get me started on their customer support—it's nonexistent. If you don't want to deal with any of that hassle, I'd say avoid this company and find one that actually cares about its customers.

Do not use. Terrible quality and aftercare I do hope it is not standard practice within the company to supply a frame upside down, supply a bespoke bifold door with numerous fittings missing and handles unusable, fire windows which cannot be opened by anyone who has attempted and condemned by building control, wrong size cils, scratched cils, and the list goes on, but yes, apart from this, everything has been fine. They have taken a large amount of money which should reflect the service and product we have not received, and the attitude to rectify is unfortunate to say the least. The reluctance to acknowledge an issue with the first floor windows is quite concerning. I will not be going back and forth with these issues anymore, i have been extremely patient and understanding more concerned with deflecting blame from yourself at this point, .
