The best bank app so far, although there's a problem on app transfer sometimes. But still good app. 🫰

They offer but rejected coz of ID but after I put money in my stashes they open again for building A credit score.

Unreliable. I thought only weekends had slow money transfers, but even on a weekday, and it wasn't even the cutoff time when I transferred money, it has been two hours and the transfer from their bank still hasn't come through. Not advisable for urgent transactions.

It WAS a 5 star app years ago, but this year the app is going downhill. Customer service is so unhelpful and when you need documents from them, allot at least two weeks for you to receive it cause they most DEFINITELY cannot provide it to you within the 1 week mark they 'promised' to you. In app chat is horrendous. When asking security questions that need you to exit the chat for while to check it, it RESTARTS the whole chat again and then you'll have to redo the security questions again and again. Customer service representatives will ask if you are still online when you haven't replied for a minute but when its them taking their time, they wont give you so much as a notice. Switching to another digital bank because of this. Shame, Tonik

The best digital bank I've ever signed up for. Signing up is easy and secure. The app looks amazing and is very responsive. All the times I've needed help from customer service, I was attended to in minutes and they don't just send me scripted messages, they do their best to help. Not to mention, when you get your tonik card, the packaging is so welcoming. And their language even has a bit of humor in it. Last, but not the least, the high interest rates in saving. What more can I ask for? 😀
