Tim Hortons

As a huge Tim's fan, I have been severely disappointed by this location ever since they changed ownership/management. I used to come here almost daily. Everything was great, the team was always nice and even got to know me, my order and my kids/dogs. They even used to send timbits home with me for the dogs when i didn't have them in the car. Ever since the management or ownership change, this location has gone downhill and fast. The coffee tastes bad, not sure what they're doing or how, but the change is noticeable. The staff doesn't care anymore, they almost ignore you. And I've seen multiple stories from friends who ordered food and received things that looked as if bites/chunks were taken out, hairs in sandwiches, etc. I go out of my way to visit one of the other Tim's locations even though this is the most convenient, that or I go somewhere else entirely for my coffee. I won't go here anymore.

I lived in Canada and became a fan as this is the main brand in Ca. Tim's in not as bold or acidic as Starbucks. Food is average while coffee is above. .

I tried another TN in Bellville. Based off the food there, I thought it was disgusting. I was told by a local that it was a bad TN and that I had to go to another. I was told by others to go for the coffee and not for food. I have come to the conclusion, you can't go there for anything. Nothing they have is fresh. Nothing they have is good. It is worse than duncan donuts, it is worse than mcdonalds (which is worse than dd). Save yourself some time and money and eat out of a dumpster.

Great coffee, french vanilla and loads of good smell! Try their delicious cookies fresh warmed up to suit the hot coffee.
