Just like previous reviews I also bought tickets to a cancelled or postponed event. I requested a refund when notice was issued and have been chasing them ever since. You will keep receiving the same generic responses and no money. I have since reported this fraudulent company to my credit card company to resolve. Worst mistake ever dealing with them in the first place.

I purchased tickets to an event in November last year which was postponed. A refund was offered providing you completed a form prior to the 06/12/24. I completed the from prior to this date and was told to allow 10 business days after this date for the funds to land in my bank account. I heard nothing from Ticketbooth so I emailed them and they advised that they were waiting for the organiser to give the go ahead for the refunds. This was obviously a stalling tactic as the organiser had already offered a refund. I received another email in early January from Ticketbooth stating that the organiser Rocksman Pty Ltd has approved the refunds and would be processing them in the next week. We are now in February and nothing has happened. Both Ticketbooth and event organiser Rocksman Pty Ltd are nothing but scammers. DO NOT purchase any tickets from TICKETBOOTH and stay clear of Rocksman Pty Ltd.

Candace Owen’s tickets! DO NOT BUY THEM FROM HERE. I understand her tour was postponed, but no communication from ticket company! The original tickets have literally disappeared from my emails, I finally got this response yesterday AFTER the refund link had expired. The site looks dodgy as hell, the ‘banner’ are pixelated pictures that aren’t images. Can’t get hold of them at all (it was a miracle I got this bad reply) Pretty sure I just lost $600, we love Candace! But not this ticket booth as we are quite sure we have been scammed, even right up to the event in Nov 24, right up to the night we were suppose to be AT THE EVENT ! There was No Communication if it was going ahead, the venue, or that it was postponed etc, so I sat home wondering where my $600 was 😡

i bought tickets for 9 people out of my own money but checkout crashed n i never checked out. Somehow $1.5k still got withdrawn from my account and when I emailed them about it they said I gotta wait for 10 business days but the thing is I now have no money for the next 2 weeks.

Worst company to ever deal with. Ask you to fill out a form that you bought tickets with for a cancelled event...My card has since been lost and I don't have those details anymore they won't take a call to provide me with said details. They are incompetant. 0 stars
