i bought tickets for 9 people out of my own money but checkout crashed n i never checked out. Somehow $1.5k still got withdrawn from my account and when I emailed them about it they said I gotta wait for 10 business days but the thing is I now have no money for the next 2 weeks.

Worst company to ever deal with. Ask you to fill out a form that you bought tickets with for a cancelled event...My card has since been lost and I don't have those details anymore they won't take a call to provide me with said details. They are incompetant. 0 stars

The customer support team is really scam, I asked to upgrade my ticket, they say you should buy a ticket, but they didn't refund my tickets, don't trust this ticketbooth scam to buy the ticket.

Hi folks I have had a great experience so far. I purchased some tickets recently, I didn’t take any screen shots of any of the transactions but I did not get an email confirmation regarding my purchase. I thought I had missed something and my concern was that my transaction had still gone through but no Tix. I emailed customer service to tell what happened, they were all over it, made sure nothing had come through and emailed me to tell me I was good to go and purchase again . It was nearly $800 worth of tix and I can’t fault the service. So yeah , well done guys Thank you

Charges a $10 fee to change the name on a ticket. Absolute thieves. And then it won't let me pay that $10 with any card I have, due to a glitch saying "payment method doesn't exist and might be linked to another account, so do the name change on that account." I CAN'T do that because the ticket is only listed on THIS account. And of course it doesn't take any other payment methods such as Paypal. Ridiculous! So I spend ages trying to get into my other account (also encountered a glitch where resetting the password on that one didn't update so the new password wouldn't work... had to reset it twice.) Then get in, only to find there's no way to delete saved card details, and no way to delete the account. There's also no info on what to do in these situations in the FAQ or anywhere on the website. Whoever runs ticketbooth should be shot. Absolute worst ticket platform alive.
