I have had numerous complaints with the website package I purchased from Thryve. My website does not perform and is full of errors after almost 6 months and multiple phone calls and meetings with various teams to correct the issues. My account manager and her boss are not willing to correct the issues, only to defend themselves and their product. I would strongly advise as business do NOT sign a contract with this company as it will only cost you time and money.

If their own website, you cannot contact them with the 'Send email' section. What do you think your website will be? Bought a business about a 2 weeks ago. They old owners used Thryv for their website. I need to switch to their services but cant get in touch with them. (called 3 times, tried to send email and use the live chat). Now, writing this review to get my last hope of getting this account switched. If not, then I will need to move on and get my website to run the way I expect it. or, just release my website so I can move on with my business.

SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I used Thryv for my business for a year. In this time here is the following has happened. 1) they continually have made adjustments to what they are charging me monthly without my authorization. 2) everytime they do an update all my Social Media is messed up and now I AM NOT ABLE TO KNOW WHAT MY CLIENTS PURCHASED AND DEDUCT PACKAGE. Therefore I can not see what the clients owe and loosing money. THIS HAS HAPPENED NOW 3 times. Three strikes!!! 3) terrible customer service and support. No one knows what's going on or how to help you. 4) no one responds to my questions or needs. 5) I end up teaching them how the system works every time we do have a zoom/call on what the issues are. 6) Its been a year and they still have not fixed the phone connection issue 7) the online scheduling and anytime I run a coupon deals, not easy and have lost thousands in online booking and purchasing. This company is not what they claim they are. They are vey much a SCAM at worst, and inept money grabbing liars at best. SO NOT USE THEM!! THEY WILL HURT YOUR BUSINESS ON EVERY LEVEL!!

I recently hired THRYV to manage my online presence and ad campaign. I had used YP (now owned by THRYV) in the past and was satisfied with their service. I find the value to cost ratio very high, and I wouldn't want to start another business without it moving forward. Starting a business in current times requires a heavy online focus to be competitive quickly. I'm very glad that I hired them and I am looking forward to continue the relationship with them for many years.

We are small business owners starting from square one, so the extra effort and assistance that the entire team has offered has been amazing.
