Worst Hr I have got selected for Mysore location again hr called me and said that your profile has changed for Bangalore location that I need to take interview for Bangalore location I have attended the interview but I did not get any feedback after that @varshini who was Hr irresponsible person just called multiple times before attending interview after that I have called for feedback but she didn't respond to the call.

When we perform well also there is no proper value for the work Manager will not communicate any thing later they will tell us not to use the application and remove from the job. HR are like goat what ever manager will tell they will hear other and remove from the job.

Don't take interview after completing 1 st round , they told you selected there is another round after that they not responding, wast of time,

I started off my career with Thoughtfocus(TF, thats what we call Thoughtfocus) and I was associated with TF for 6+ years. I was selected in the campus interview, unfortunately i had some complication due to which i could not join Thoughtfocus on the appointed date.TF was generous to wait until i could not join. The strong foundation that was laid by working on various domains and projects in TF tenure is guiding me till date in career. I left TF almost 7 years ago. I recently needed help with some documents, which was sort out without much hassle. Special thanks to Sujatha ma'am, She has been holding my hand from the appointment to relieving and even after relieving. I do not have enough words to thank her. I say this with great pride that TF treats all its employees and ex-employees are as family.

HR will disconnect the call once you start asking questions.
