This Is Blueprint

I found the website easy to navigate and very simple to use, I would say it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with them - but found that they did eventually return my email for guest list and VIP table booking. Had a great time and I truly think they’re starting to implement the feedback they’ve received over the last few years. I see a growth happening and not the decline that I was noticing for a bit. Props to the management. I’d even consider working here given the right position now - seems like it’s starting to get organized again

This seems like the type of company to pay for five star reviews.

I would suggest avoiding working with/for this company at all costs. They've demonstrated extremely poor communication skills, lack of professionalism and a complete fumble when it comes to making payments to contractors. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Had to try to deal with blueprint because an event they were promoting was closing access to my street. We were given street passes allowing access buy we needed more for family and caregivers to be able to come and go. We left phone messages and sent email plenty of time in advance and were never contacted in regards to how to do this or to receive them. It's pretty sad we pay so much in property taxes for some random company to come along and take access to our home away. Honestly wasn't impressed with their customer service and will be following up with the city. Maybe in the future they won't be given their permits

They set up a booth in the alumni center of UBC, where half the people in the building are trying to study or get work done. The whole time they were there they were blasting obnoxious music and playing siren sounds on their megaphone. The lack of self awareness demonstrated by the booth was both extremely invasive and annoying.
