Level 1 Lift is just opposite the open carpark near the coffeeshop. Came by to urgently look for some furniture and was served by Tan, who patiently helped me find the most suitable sofa based on my requirements. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. The other staffs around were equally helpful. Will come back again. Thank you!

Was having problems finding the reject shop and after parking at level 7, realised there is a level 8 that can be accessed via lift. Thanks to helpful pictures in the review we managed to find the shop! There is a cluster of three showrooms for furniture at reject shop. You can browse them. We access through Lobby F and found our way to the shop. The shops at level 8 are nicely spaced out and if you walk around you can see nicely landscape mini gardens fronting the shops. I didn't manage to get what I wanted. Downstairs you can findTenderbest Makcik Tuckshop if you need a respite from the heat.

Since my first purchase of 2 pink bar stools, i have added more really nice items. Price is very reasonable. Cheaper than buying from online shops on lazada or shopee. This shop you know the quality. Just this week, i bought a red...more towards pink sofa set. Comes with storage at the bottom of the seat. A really cool versatile item for a small room. Really vibrant colour. It matches my current furnishing well. Bought a 3 layer coffee table, a wood dining table plus 2 small shelves. All 4 items were delivered when i wanted. The staff were great, both online and delivery personnel. I had visited the store too. Really have very nice and unique pieces. I wonder why i discover it so late. If you are the ones that enjoy looking for furniture rather than having an ID do it for you, then this will be a great source. You get what you pay and sometimes more. Few months ago i chance upon a gorgeous lamp shade while visiting the shop. It has 2 bird shape lamp sitting on a golden arch. So very artistic and beautiful. Of course i bought it without hesitation and now, it has become a show piece at home. See photo. I suggest you visit or ask questions if buying online. They are very honest about the products. Delivery fee is also extremely reasonable. I just pay one flat rate for all items i buy. This is the place to go if you like to be your own ID. Its ok to mix and match furniture. You can get everything you need just from this one shop. I simply love this shop! Besides, I am helping Earth to save these furniture since they are sold at discounted shop either with slight flaws, display set or simply, out of season due to fast fashion trend. We can do more by buying what we need if not fuzzy, recycle, recreate, etc. Highly recommend! Now, i need go back see if there are new stuff. Happy Shopping and Save Earth!

Bought a sofa and shoe cabinet with Desmond Tan's assistance. It was our first time and amazed at the choices and service rendered. The best part we bought today and managed to get a slot to be delivered tonight. Will definitely come again.

We are moving house and I saw some items on their ‘The Reject Shop’ Facebook. Then we went to their location to have a look in person and there was more stuff there. They also have a Carousell page. We got to try out the furniture and we told them what style we like. We were shown around the shop then left to try out things on our own. They have new things every week and can hold items for a short while – I asked them to hold 2 weeks but I think they can hold longer. I called when my unit was ready and they were able to deliver in 2 days – I requested evening. In the meantime, The Reject Shop sent pictures of things we asked them to look out for. I picked another 2 chairs from the pictures. When they arrived they are literally new pieces. The delivery crew was impressive. They gave a delivery window and updated me two hours before arriving with a more accurate arrival. They were very careful with my door, walls other furniture and floor, and did not drag or drop anything. They were very light-footed and not in a rush even though there were many items. I tipped the delivery because I think the delivery charge was too cheap and they really cared about how they delivered the stuff and cleared the ton of wrapping and packing material. Definitely visit The Reject Shop before you move house or even if you need just an item or two. Worth the trip from Tampines to MEGA@Woodlands.
