We’ve stayed at the Refinery several times and it never disappoints! The staff, the gorgeous hotel and the three great places to eat or have a drink the Refinery is always a great time. Thank you so much Gabriel Sebastian for making our trip memorable!

When you walk through the door of this hotel you are greeted by wonderful staff that truly are engaged and committed to making sure you are going to have a fabulous stay. My husband and I stayed for just a quick overnight as we were attending a concert. This was not our first stay, this is our go to hotel while in Manhattan. Gabriel at the front desk checked us in and was most welcoming. We arrived around noon and he upgraded us to early check in and upgraded our room. I commented on the lovely scent in the lobby from their candles and he went in the back and gifted me one and a nice tote bag as well. He went above and beyond and it was very appreciated. After check in we went to the Rooftop bar where we were greeted by Kenny at the bar. Let me tell you this guy can make a drink! He is a wonderful bartender , and my husband and I really enjoyed our conversation with him. You will not be dissapointed booking your stay at the Refinery. From the accommodations to the rooms-bed- view-bar and the restaurant (Parker and Quinn) you cannot go wrong.

This was our second year staying here for a girls trip weekend to NYC. We had a wonderful stay and now always recommend this hotel! Perfect location to all the sights in Manhattan but a safe oasis from the chaos of Times Square. The staff is kind and helpful. Bryan helped us at both check in and check out and was so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Security on premise made us feel very safe…. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. The lobby and bar area were super cozy and breakfast at the restaurant DELICIOUS with fast service. Room was clean and hallways quiet at night. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a great stay here! The wine a check-in was a nice touch and all of the staff were so friendly. The rooms are decent size for NYC. Do not miss the rooftop bar--it was a highlight!
