The Park Hotels

I recently went to this hotel during the OP Jindal Seminar, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for attending the seminar. However, there were a couple of issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. During the seminar, the hotel's catering team seemed unprepared, and we were left without plates for an extended period. When we finally managed to get plates, we were told that the buffet was over after just 30 minutes.

Book this hotel if anyone wants a sleepless night full of disturbance. Loud music through out the evening and night, staffs talking out too loud in corridor.. interior of the rooms are luxurious but it’s not sound proof or protected. You can hear every step of people walking on the corridor…. Better stay in a different 5 Star hotel but think twice before stayin in the park..

I had an amazing stay at The Park Hotel, the staff gave me a free upgrade to suite and also handled every request diligently. The breakfast was too good and I overall had a very positive stay experience.

Stayed recently. First two floors almost all rooms are smoke chambers. You can't stay with family. Staff is good and location is great. However, in terms of maintenance it requires great lift up. ACs are almost non functional with suffocating feeling inside. Bathrooms doors are sliding and don't close . Fittings are loose. Prices of food items are exorbitant. Duty managers need more training in terms of communicating with customers. They can improve if they want to!

It's situated in the blood vessel of the city Kolkata , where everything is busy. Basically I visited "The Park" Hotel 2 times for my college conference which is known as the NCLAVE International Conference by NSHM Business School. We witnessed the 2nd and 3rd conference of NSHM here. The conference takes place at "The Pyne" Hall ;1st floor of Park. Except "Pyne" you'll also get to see more halls beside that. The service is very good,the employees always stay on their toes. We also had lunch there and the taste of cooking and the level of hygiene was very perfect. Talking about the environment, Park's environment is unspeakable. Every corner of the hotel is picture perfect , our students really like to take pictures at all the corners of the hotel. It's really eye soothing and aesthetic. Overall I really enjoyed both the time of our conference. The location is also suitable, anyone can easily find this. Transportation is also very suitable there.
