I recently visited Panari Hotel, and it truly left an impression on me. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the sleek, modern décor and relaxing ambiance. The hotel’s atmosphere was both elegant and lively, setting the perfect mood for the experience I was about to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my visit went smoothly. I especially appreciated how the concierge went out of their way to provide local recommendations, making me feel like a valued guest. As for the dining options, they were exceptional, with standout items like the grilled steak and the fresh salads at the restaurant. One of my favorite parts was the panoramic view of the Nairobi skyline from the upper floors. It added a unique touch that made my time at Panari feel extra special. Though there was a slight wait at check-in due to a busy hour, it didn’t detract from the overall fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend Panari Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with great service and amenities. I look forward to my next visit!

Panari is great due to its proximity to the airport, national park and sgr. They offer several amenities including spa, swimming, multiple dinning facilities and a gym, movie theatre and skating experience. The staff are friendly yet professional without over stepping. The rooms are tastefully furnished offering a well needed rest

The rooms weren't cleaned well. The glasses didn’t appear clean, and I had to request a room change because the shower head and bath mat were full of mold and mildew—both of which could have been easily removed with proper cleaning. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable due to a worn and lopsided mattress that needed replacement. On the plus side, the pillows were firm, which I appreciated. However, the towels looked dingy. That said, the food and staff service were excellent! My favorite staff member was Mr. Fantasy, who was patient, kind, and accommodating. If you're particular about cleanliness, I recommend bringing some of your items to ensure a more comfortable stay. With that, you’ll be able to enjoy your time here fully.

Very hospital receptionists. Their public relations officer and manager are very caring. They got us a Ugandan dish on the menu as a surprise. Hotel service is superb and they are very clean. They have an amazing gift shop at the hotel basement, ice skating and a cinema, so cool.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in November 2022 when our connecting was delayed. Our group was very tired and we arrived very late. The staff and night manager were all quite lovely to us, fed us, and we greatly appreciated the hospitality. The meals were unusual and delicious. Thank you Panari Hotel!
