Good Morning. Are you smuckers sugar free preserves and can't seem to find sugar free peach preserves in any stores @all but can find them online At the most ridiculous high prices. I'm at my wits. End. Over this need help

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I purchased a large box of Dunkin Keurig pod containing 72 pods. Almost all the pods are undrinkable! They burst and send grounds everywhere. All other pod brands work fine. I phoned 2 weeks ago and they said they would reimburse me with a check within 2-6 weeks. It has been 2 weeks. I received an apology letter saying a check would be in the mail in about 6-8 weeks and it would only be valid for 45 days! With the way in which they are handling this, I am assuming the check won't be valid by the time I get it. I doubt I will buy Dunkin again.

Drivers.. Check in on East high street. If you are picking up a load, make sure your trailer is clean BEFORE rolling in because its kind of a short driveway and you end up blocking the dropped trailers and other drivers checking in if you have to sweep there. Pretty easy in and out but live loads are around two hours in my experience. Security guards are armed so be nice to them.
