The Derrick Club

This an amazing facility. The club is a private members only place. That being said if you happen to get in if you are invited you will definitely enjoy this place. I have no comment on the golf course or pro shop as I did not use them. My wife and I attended a celebration of life for a family member in the main meeting room. The place is immaculate and the food was fantastic. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the building. Anytime I would be able to come here I would jump at the chance. Additionally there is a restaurant and a pool.

My husband and I got married at the Derrick Golf and Winter Club in June 2024. We highly recommend to any future couples to consider the venue! We virtually planned most of our wedding all the way from Ontario and we are so thankful for Eileen. She went above and beyond with her communication; she diligently responded to all of our emails and phone calls, and is very detail-oriented so that our day would be seamless. The staff and service on the day of our wedding were truly exceptional. We had staff members checking in on us to see if we're doing OK (even asking if we want a drink from the bar and be ready at our table). They were professional, joyful, and fantastic. Everyone loved the food and we keep hearing rave reviews even almost a month later. The buffet was truly wonderful, and we appreciate that Chef was able to make our buffet halal. The venue space is beautiful (more so than the photos!). We are truly grateful to everyone at the Derrick Golf and Winter Club for such an amazing experience. Thank you!

Was a guest in the dining room and enjoyed it immensely.There is an excellent menu. The food was delicious and the service impeccable.

After playing here for the first time this year, I was thoroughly impressed. It's a shorter course, with not many hazards, but the greens are the best kept greens I've ever played. While private, if you can get invited on, it's well worth the visit.

I have experienced over 200 different event catering & buffet food experiences. This buffet line-up is so amazing that I had to stop eating it to write this review. My tastebuds thank you. Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Hats off to the chef and his team. The Club nice too.
