The Concord Hotels

We really treated like family. Everyone from the security and the gate to the housekeepers, they all treat customers as kings. We made wonderful memories in this hotel. We never got to enjoy the complementary pool only because we wanted an outdoor pool. But it's a beautiful pool with employees always eager to invite you in.

Superb rooms and amenities with courteous staff and nice and delicious breakfast it was an awesome experience. The service provided was excellent and I really enjoyed the hospitality. I recommend all the tourists to enjoy the hospitality they provide.

The hotel has a great location and is within walking distance of many conveniences. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. We had water, kettle and tea-coffee facilities in the room which was a blessing. The staff were ever ready to help with anything we needed. They arranged a car at short notice for us and the prices were affordable. We ate at the Indian restaurant where the food was good and freshly prepared.

If I could rate it 0 star i would after Elvis (manager) and Purity on reception. Awful customer experience after realising the pool looked nothing like it did on advertisement, it was filthy and disgusting to a point I still beleive this is what gave me diarrhea. The lounge upstairs isn't colourful at all, infact all very badly scratched. Elvis was a awful person to deal with, pretends to listen but doesn't at all and doesn't have any understanding, we were here fot 2 hours, refused to give a refund had to go through expedia to get it in the end. Purity taken the calls from expedia and pretended to be manager and she is only the receptionist. Extremely bad. At first you think wow when you walk in through main door, then... scratch the surface and you realise it's a front. How this is a 5 star hotel I have no idea. Needs to be a 2 star at best. Never again, please avoid like the plague. We stayed at Argyle instead and that really is a 5 star hotel. Avoid the concord at ALL COSTS.

Very friendly staff, special thanks to Ms. Sharon which is the main reason for increasing our rating to the Hotel significantly. Facilities and rooms were ok. View is basic to road and buildings. Value for money is good.
